Welcome to Eats by Anna

Over the course of my life I have developed a passion for creating allergy-friendly foods for others to enjoy. While growing up I suffered from two food intolerance’s being dairy and gluten. This had an impact on my daily food consumption, where I struggled to find alternative food options.

I began researching gluten and dairy food alternatives and trialed different recipes to re-create my favourite foods that I was able to consume. My love for cooking and pottering in the kitchen made the switch to a gluten-free, dairy-free and whole-food way of eating easy. My health issues significantly reduced, I had more energy and an increased motivation to share my journey with others.

I have recently graduated from a three-year Bachelor of Culinary Arts and Business degree at Le Cordon Bleu, Wellington. This time spent at university enabled me to find my niche in wellness and healthy food. I now specialise in making allergy-friendly products that are simple and easy to make. Since beginning my 'Eats by Anna' journey on Instagram in 2018 I have been delighted to receive all your feedback and support. It emphasises the love I have for creating recipes and sharing food for others to enjoy.
